Much of Seminole was built out in the 1970s and 80s, which means a lot of its landscapes are on their second or third owner and their original everything — overgrown foundation shrubs, tired ligustrum, irrigation that predates rain sensors. Our most common Seminole project is the full refresh: strip the overgrowth, keep the good bones and mature shade, and replant with a modern, lower-water palette.
Around Bardmoor and the golf corridor, expectations run to a manicured standard, and our monthly maintenance plans are built for exactly that — consistent crews, itemized checklists, and shrub rotations that keep lines crisp without shearing plants to death.
Seminole’s inland position takes salt off the table, which opens the plant list up considerably. Ten minutes from the beaches without designing for spray — enjoy it. It’s also a great town for pool-deck paver overlays, another staple of our work here.
