Shade is the defining design constraint in much of the city — St. Augustine grass sulks under live oaks, so we lean on groundcovers, shell paths, and layered understory beds where turf was always going to lose. Where there’s sun, Florida-friendly color does the work with less water.
We run St. Pete projects on the same scheduling promise as Clearwater jobs: a committed start window, one point of contact, and daily cleanup. Driveway and walkway pavers for the city’s brick-street homes are a specialty — matching new hardscape to a 1920s streetscape is a detail we enjoy getting right.
