Landscape Design & Installation

Custom planting plans built for Gulf Coast sun, sandy soil, and salt air — designed on paper, installed by our own crews.

Your yard should work as hard as your house does. We start every project with a walk-through of how you actually use your outdoor space — where the afternoon sun hits, where water pools after a summer storm, what you see from the kitchen window — and design from there.

Designed for the Gulf Coast, not a catalog

Pinellas County yards deal with sandy soil, reclaimed-water schedules, salt air near the beaches, and brutal July heat. Our planting plans lean on Florida-friendly and native species that thrive here with less water and less maintenance, layered for year-round color and privacy.

From plan to planted

One team handles the whole arc: scaled design plan, plant sourcing from local growers, soil prep and grading, installation, irrigation adjustments, and a walkthrough when we’re done. No handoffs between a designer who disappears and a crew that never saw the plan.

What a project looks like

  1. Free consultation — we walk the property, talk budget and priorities.
  2. Design & proposal — a scaled plan with plant selections and a line-item quote.
  3. Installation — our crew, our schedule commitment, daily cleanup.
  4. Walkthrough & care guide — watering schedule and a seasonal care sheet for every plant we installed.

Questions

Landscape Design FAQs

Do you charge for a landscape design?

We offer a free on-site consultation and estimate. Full scaled design plans are quoted separately depending on property size, and the design fee is credited toward installation when you build with us.

What plants actually survive Pinellas County summers?

We design with Florida-friendly and drought-tolerant species — muhly grass, coontie, firebush, sea grapes, and native palms — matched to your yard's sun, soil, and irrigation. That means less water, less fertilizer, and fewer replacements.

How long does a full landscape installation take?

Most residential installs run 2–10 working days once materials arrive. We give you a schedule with your proposal and a single point of contact throughout.
