Our most common job here isn’t decorating a yard; it’s replacing its aging infrastructure with hardscape that won’t need the same rescue in 2040.
The driveway rebuild, start to finish
A Seminole driveway project runs: demolition and recycling of the old slab, regrading for drainage that probably never worked right, deep compacted base, and an interlocking paver field with soldier-course banding. Circular drives — a Seminole favorite — get their geometry set out properly so the curves read clean from the street.
Pool decks: overlay or rebuild, honestly
Half the pool decks in this town are structurally fine and cosmetically dated — ideal overlay candidates. The other half hide slab cracks and back-pitched drainage that an overlay would entomb. The inspection is free, and we’ll show you which half you’re in before quoting.
