The base spec doesn’t shrink with the budget
A modest patio fails exactly like an expensive one if the base is skipped: wavy by year two, puddled by year three. Every Largo field gets full excavation, compacted crushed-concrete base, screeded sand, and edge restraint. We’d rather trim square footage than trim what’s underneath — and we’ll say so in the quote.
Built around family life
Ten minutes from our shop means Largo projects run tight: materials arrive when the schedule says, the crew is the same faces every day, and the site gets left safe every evening. We plan gate access, pet containment, and play-area detours before demolition day, not during it.
Old irrigation, found and fixed
Largo’s established neighborhoods hide original 1970s irrigation exactly where new patios go. We locate and reroute lines as part of excavation — capped properly, documented on your plan — instead of leaving a mystery leak under new pavers.
